Where to Eat

The Pompadour by Galvin - This first floor dining room provides a superb French culinary experience complemented by the finest French regional wines, courtesy of the hotel's highly experienced sommelier. Seasonally inspired menus use locally sourced produce. The sumptuous interior is Scottish Heritage listed.

Galvin Brasserie de Luxe - The "Theatre of a Crustacea" showcase is at the heart of this bustling brasserie with dynamic service, resembling a traditional Parisian bistro. Whether it’s a quick bite at the bar or the very best of the brasserie, guests will enjoy French classics including prix fixe menus, with a wide choice of good value wines and beers.

Peacock Alley - Inspired by the grand social promenade that connected the original Waldorf and Astoria hotels in New York, Peacock Alley is the hub of the hotel’s social scene, the perfect setting for a quintessential afternoon tea, or an evening cocktail or two. Enjoy Viennoiserie breakfasts, delicate small platters, an à la carte lunch menu, or the traditional afternoon tea, underneath the clock from the original Caledonian Railway Station.

The Caley Bar - A great place to relax, serving a wide range of whiskies, cocktails and snacks.
