"Just what was needed for a one night stay. "

"Stayed 1 night in a newly refurbished room. Was excellent - just as you would hope from a Crowne Plaza. We had a drink and some chips in the bar, which was busy but well-staffed. We parked in a nearby multistorey (3 mins walk) but you can actually park at the hotel as well. No complaints at all."

"Start to finish, our stay was perfect. Location, room, facilities, food and team members…amazing. Location: Amazing grounds, where we watched deer. Room: Huge and comfy. Radiator a little noisy, but tiny thing. Pool/leisure centre spotless! Food: we had dinner, b&b…and didn’t expect a deal to have same menu as restaurant…but it was and amazing. Buffett evening meal with lots of choice/variety..even for me who is a fussy veggie. Breakfast the same high quality. Every single team member we spoke with were professional, polite and friendly. They cannot do enough. All in all a great stay, only area for improvement is mostly out of the resorts control. Drunk golfers swearing and staggering around the bars/restaurant. Family’s and kids really don’t need to hear it…and there should be security in place to keep them in check. Hopefully that was a one time thing, as the place is amazing. "

"Excellent hotel, clean contemporary rooms and bathroom, not cheap and tacky like some of the hiltons. Smart lounge and breakfast areas, lovely friendly staff with a warm welcome. Parking onsite later in the day/evening is unlikely... there is a q park nearby or limited off street parking. "

"Had a twin room and staying with a friend. Good size. Comfy beds, and decent shower. Breakfast is cheap and cheerful, although nothing fancy. Arden is competively priced for staying on site at UK Games Expo at NEC, and a new pedestrian access along the main road the hotel entrance is on means you can be at the resort restaurants in under five minutes. They've built more parking out front which is handy. Shame they charge you an "early parking charge" if you arrive before the 2pm check-in. And early check in option would be nice."

"Easy quick check in. Arrived at 1pm and room was already ready. Didn’t use the bar or restaurant areas so unable to comment on those "

"The hotel was initially hard to find, but that is Birmingham. Once located the hotel is actually well situated and a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. Will use again."
