"The pod itself is very clean and cosy with great space between the 2 pods on site. It was very clean and well presented on arrival and has everything you could ever need. "Modern and well appointed accommodation. Great location to explore North Cornwall. Loved the 25m swimming pool. Friendly and helpful reception staff. However the behaviour of various nearby lodges took the edge off our holiday. Next door were antisocial, playing loud music most nights and leaving their rubbish out to be eaten by crows. There were also a few sets of builders staying Sun to Fri who were partying late into the night or shouting to each other outside at 0630."

"I Had a Very Nice Week At This holiday home at the parkdean joliday park Newquay I jave been to Newquay many years previous so it was nice to revisit place I Had Previously Visited The holiday home was very nice it Ended up Very Expensive As It Was Only Me On Holiday And This Kind Of Holiday Would Have Been alot cheaper if the cost was shared with around six people staying in the holiday home but that eas my chosen Holiday But I Enjoyed My Time There "

"Honestly , was the most beautiful place . So many small touches from the home made scones to the hand held mirror with the lighting . The grounds are beautiful , so peaceful. The bed was so comfortable , falling asleep under the stars. Dean and Stephen really did go above and beyond - so friendly and gave recommendations for places to eat and visit which made our visit even better ! Loved it !!! Highly recommend ! "

"Stayed with my partner whilst travelling around Cornwall and have to say, this place is a little Gem! It’s absolutely spotless inside, not a mark on anything which is a breath of fresh air compared to some of the places we’ve stayed! Completely private and in a real peaceful location, close to town and not far from popular Newquay. We stayed in 3 places this week and this was by far the best! Hope to visit again soon! "Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
