The only downside was they didn’t do meals in the evening. But they are ready to recommend places that do great meals ie The Old Castle. We would definitely stay there again."

"The room I had was a bit strange, very little space in the bedroom, but a large bathroom - strangely with a tiny shower cubicle. Still, the staff were friendly and the bed comfortable. I was staying here for business, so only serving breakfast from 8.30 on a weekday meant that I wasn't able to take advantage of the included breakfast. I heard one other guest with the same issue whilst I was there - maybe worth a rethink?"

"The White House was easy to find, with parking outside. Our hosts were lovely, genial and very welcoming. Our ensuite room was warm, comfortable and homely. "Very comfortable stay - just what I needed after a long work trip. David and Debbie are very welcoming and organised. Welcome texts before I arrived was a lovely touch, plenty of local information for those staying on holiday and a very personal service all round. Room wasn’t the most modern but very comfortable and quiet - I had a great sleep! It made a lovely change to stay in a family run B&B whilst away with work rather than the somewhat soulless hotel chain 😊"
