"We met Ash on arrival - lovely host gave a quick tour and left us to it. Narnia is cosy and very comfortable - tucked away in Ash huge garden but very private. Ash was quick to respond when contacted. Cabin had everything we needed and despite the wintery weather we found plenty of local walks from its doorstep as well as relaxing on the veranda listening to the birdsong. We will be back in the warmer months - thank you Ash and family for sharing your lovely space ☺️"

"This was our first time in Alberta Lodge, although we've stayed in Heacham before. Alberta Lodge is located in a holiday park, Cedar Springs, and is so quiet all we could hear were the birds singing. The Lodge itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and really well-equipped for a self-catering break. My daughter appreciated the board games and the DVD player was perfect for movie nights. Having WiFi was a bonus too. We had all the information we needed from the owner well before our stay....

"The hosts were great with contact from start to finish. We arrived to find a cake and some milk, which was a thoughtful touch, and they checked in with us to make sure we had found the place too. The location is perfect; really close to the beach but also there's a river at the back of the lodge where you can sit on a swing and watch the birds for hours. My daughter loved it and loved feeding the birds too. The place was spotless. Beds were so comfy too. We will hopefully be back!"

"Enjoyed our 2 day stay was nice and relaxing. Loved the hot tub! One suggestion we would say is perhaps making the hot tub area more covered so you could enjoy it in all weathers. Also, and this is only because we had the dog with us, perhaps make the patio area more enclosed so they are more free to potter around and not wander off especially when other guests are around. "Absolutely beautiful cottage. Perfect placement for a Norfolk beach break away. Very clean, tidy and beautifully decorated property ! Loved the bathroom ! Bed was very comfortable ! Excellent communication with the owner and the property has a lovely pub very close by which is great. Lovely landlord and lady. "Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. It was dog friendly and our cocker spaniel absolutely loved the stay, lots of beautiful walks around the site, people to meet and it’s less than 20 mins to Skegness for the beach.
