It gave us a couple of hours to wander around and explore the neighborhood. There are lots of charming restaurants, shops and a park all within walking distance. "We traveled from Oregon to London for Spring Break (me, husband and 3 teens) . The owner was very transparent about construction going on next door, which it was but we were out of the place early every day so it didn't really impact us. The townhouse was very much as stated in the VRBO description. We had a couple of issues with things like the dishwasher, but the host was very responsive and even came over 1 evening to help us out. He was really nice and helped to make our trip even better....

"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"We came in for a football game and are a family of 5. There was a lot of space for us to spread out. I was a little concerned with some of the other reviews but the property management company was good to communicate with. The Wi-Fi was not great and we could not get the TV to work. Wish there were a few restaurant recommendations or things to do provided but maybe they only do that in the states. Overall the place were perfect for us and in a great tucked away location. "Host of property hasn’t answered me in any good way since I booked. She left us stranded with nowhere to stay. We had to find alternative accommodation which was almost impossible at this time of year. The lady we spoke to yesterday was shocking, no help at all. She did say this would be escalated and someone would be in touch regarding refund, but no one has. This business is the worst I’ve ever dealt with,"

"As usual, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was functional, accessible, very accommodating, and clean. The only improvement opportunity I see is in the stiffness of the mattress in the bedroom, which is rather too soft for me, as I prefer slightly more rigid ones. The sofa bed should also be considered for potential replacement or upgrade. In all, splendid stay as usual"
