"when we arrived at this house we were quite disappointed. the photos that we had seen on the internet before we left and also what we used to make our decision to book this property were not all the same as the actual house. it did not say that there were 4 levels to this property so carrying cases was a little bit of a challenge. the maintenance of the property left a bit to be desired, i have a broken shower head in my bathroom, so had to wedge the shower head behind the arm to be able to...

The only improvement opportunity I see is in the stiffness of the mattress in the bedroom, which is rather too soft for me, as I prefer slightly more rigid ones.
