"We've had a fantastic Easter holliday at this truly lovely and cozy cottage. The hosts were really nice, helpful and accommodating and the place its self was stunning, brand new and well organised. We honesty couldn't be happier! Sunning cottage and lovely country walks all around. we are really looking forward to go back again!"

"A lovely property, perfectly equipped for a short break. Cath had supplied everything we could ask for and more. The only issued was the lack of comfortable seating when the sofa bed was left as a bed. Jen the dog was an absolute delight. Road from property seems to be a single track speedway with car users reluctant to slow down for dog walkers. We loved our stay and found it a perfect base for Brands Hatch."

"Chalet dated but very clean and well equipt. Fabulous location and we sat outside on the decking frequently. Very close to a main trainline into London but we knew this as visiting friends having previously lived in Broxbourne. Didn't bother us. Sofa not comfortable to sit & enjoy TV. Very hard. Only other negative was the twin beds. Despite the mattress toppers, the springs in the mattresses have gone. They do need replacing. Sadly we had an uncomfortable few nights sleep! "

"We loved Lychgate's location next to the church, churchyard and open green. The tower bells, village activities, friendly neighbors walking dogs and strolling babies charmed us. The house is all we had hoped for: comfortable & well supplied kitchen, gorgeous bath & laundry, and dreamy king-sized bed. Everything we needed was near at hand: grocery store, Post Office, museum, various restaurants and shops. We loved our week in Waltham Abbey! Thank you, Marie."

"The property is well equipped and spacious. Price was a little over £75. Per person per night. You couldn’t hire a beach hut for that! A small suggestion would be to add handrails to garden steps and steps to kitchen could be boxed in and carpet tread added,my little dog had an issue getting up and down them , plus a coat of white paint to bedroom furniture. But that’s nit picking. All in all a relaxed and pleasant stay Thank you ,Chiara and Rob ."

"The property was closer to Farringdon Station than I expected, making it accessible from several underground lines. Very easy to get to anywhere in the city with just a short walk to the station. There is a CO-Op store near by for quick groceries, including fresh fruit. Lots of pubs and coffee shops nearby, too. Communication with the host was good. "Stayed over at this property for a ladies retreat. It was a spacious place as described but unfortunately meant that it took forever to heat up and some rooms never got warm. Would avoid in the winter months unless you have a portable heater. The owner did bring us wood for the fire place so used that - very pretty and warm. The place could’ve been better cleaned in our opinion as there was clear evidence of prior occupants (empty alcohol bottles in drawers etc). I think this place would be...

"Very poor for the price per night .. curtains hang off the rail .. kitchen is shocking no utensils that are useful .. fridge well more like a beer fridge .. no washing or drying facilities as stated the person in the house will wash and dry your clothes .. decor is poor and dated wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone"

"Leman Locke is located in a great area, right next to Aldgate East. We loved staying here and thought the room was super cute and stocked with amenities. Would definitely stay here again."

"As usual, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was functional, accessible, very accommodating, and clean. The only improvement opportunity I see is in the stiffness of the mattress in the bedroom, which is rather too soft for me, as I prefer slightly more rigid ones. The sofa bed should also be considered for potential replacement or upgrade. In all, splendid stay as usual"
