"Location, wow - beautiful vistas, lovely gardens, lovely cottage. Inside is also very nice indeed, well appointed and comfortable - only negative there was that there was a bit of a paraffin smell near the boiler, not sure if there had been a spillage. Otherwise great and extremely convenient for the RHS show. We cooked, we BBQd, we ate on the deck, we watch the wildlife. Alpaca farm is a short walk and was a lovely little trip for brekkie and animal watching. We will be back! Thanks Alison :)"

"This was a beautiful place, both the gardens and the actual rental. Rental was an amazing converted barn with a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and a lounge and bathroom upstairs with vaulted ceilings and well equiped modern kitchen. Everything about the rental was first class. Rob greeted us on arival and was always available if needed. We used the rental as a base to visit, Ludlow, Hay-on-wye, severn valley railroad, Croft Castle and Ironbridge. All were easy drives of an hour or...

"Gym basic - just home kit really - but better than most hotel gyms despite that, and the pool was swimmable in early March despite not been up to the temp the owners aim for (but don't expect until April). Lovely property and location, was there for work but would return for holiday!"

"We stayed at Little Rushbrook cottages while visiting an event at the NEC, which was about 14 miles away. Checking in was very easy, parking was right outside the front door and the cottage was clean warm and comfortable, situated in a peaceful rural setting but still close to the city. We particularly liked the breakfast basket provided. it would have been nice to meet the owners and explore the area a bit more, but maybe next time. "

"We stayed here for a family trip and had the best time! It was a perfect house for the large group of us. One of the owners Phil met us upon arrival and was super helpful walking us through the house and providing us with helpful information about the property and surrounding area. We had young children with us and there was plenty of activities/toys available for them to use as well as lovely grounds to explore!"

"We stayed at Lodge 2 for 40 days, January 22nd - March 1st although basic was pleasant enough, our view each day was wonderful, would definitely recommend, neighbours were friendly, not dog friendly enough though (needs a gate on decking) although our dog loved it, couple of minor niggles (toilet seat) which I tried to repair, owners are very accommodating and friendly, all in all a very pleasant stay."

"I cannot say enough about the property and hosts! The location allows plenty of walking sites on it's on. Conveniently located for short trips by car to other points of interest if inclined. Quick responses from hosts and very pleasant to converse with. If your looking for a quaint getaway, I would highly recommend."

"Great little cottage set in fantastic grounds. One major problem for us was holes in the garden fence on rd side that our dog was able to get through. We also found the booking misleading. We booked the property based on being able to take dog and have hot tub use. We were emailed after to tell us these were additional charges. Once money was non refundable. Seeing as we paid extra for hot tub I’d have expected it to have been pre heated ready to use upon arrival. As it’s a wood burner it takes...

"the property was lovely it was spotless and very well set up the only thing that let it down was the garden which was very untidy and uneven a plus would of been to have a book so people can write things and let over holiday makers know about things ie which take aways deliver to the cottage ,craft village down the road etc "

I really hope you are paying her enough because she is a gem! Nothing was too much trouble even won over my usually reserved, sons. So helpful , so attentive to all guests. "It was amazing from start to finish. Amazing 2 ladies on reception, so friendly, helpfully and explained everything about items that were complementary or charged to room. Lovely little touches for breakfast and good quality, my granddaughter loved using fresh orange squeezer. Room was immaculate, and all you needed.
