I added a note to the hotel on my booking form to forewarn them I am vegan and would require vegan food for dinner and breakfast. When I arrived there were no vegan options, although I was told that the vegetarian lasagne was vegan and the other option was broccoli and stilton soup … so actually...

"Beautiful and spacious hotel room in the heart of downtown. Nice bathroom, with a well maintained shower. Plenty of hot water. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove on site for your convenience. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown Birmingham, and the whole downtown is walkable from the hotel. 5 stars!!"

"A good well priced suite in the heart of Birmingham. Had a couple issues trying to contact them but once contact was made it was all pretty clear. Issue with being in the middle of town is noise. Room was warm but couldn’t have window open due to it being too loud outside at night. "
