I cannot say enough about the property and hosts! The location allows plenty of walking sites on it's on. Conveniently located for short trips by car to other points of interest if inclined. Quick responses from hosts and very pleasant to converse with. If your looking for a quaint getaway, I would highly recommend. ##### sherry r. Stayed 1 night in Jul 2022 ### 10/10 Excellent #### M. S. 29 Jun 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Schöner Aufenthalt Wir waren 7 Tage in Pershore in dem Ferienhaus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen ##### M. S. It was quiet and cosy. Street parking near to the cottage was fairly easy. The information book in the cottage was clear and helpful. In short, we had a very enjoyable stay. ##### CLIVE S. The decor was discoordinated and old. The garden had a constant noise from pub a couple of doors down even in these Covid-19 times. ##### Neil S. Stayed 7 nights in Aug 2020 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Jonathan P. 10 Aug 2020 Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy #### Very disappointing , Not clean , Noisy Pub. The property was not clean, the furnishings and fittings were old. The back garden was overgrown and not safe for our small dog. We have been coming to the Cotswolds for over 10 years and this is one ( if not thee) of the most expensive lets we have taken and frankly the most disappointing. The description of the property should include the fact that it is located next to a very rowdy pub ...noise and profanity extending well into the small hours. Also parking is not as stated..it is a very busy street and difficult to get a space ..we ended up using the Abbey pay car park down the road. Pershore is a lovely town however the location and state of the property does not measure up to anywhere near this or indeed the price being charged. ##### Jonathan P. Stayed 7 nights in Jul 2020 ### 8/10 Good #### ricky c. 8 Sept 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Quaint and well positioned for exploring. You can tell that this cottage has had so much love put into it. It's so warm and inviting. After arriving I took the quick walk into the village for supplies. Getting back with my beautiful flowers, wine and cheese I settled into a lovely afternoon in the garden. What I love about this location is that I can walk to everything...the Abbey..the shops..train station for a day trip into Oxford. And don't forget the fish and chips across the road. What a wonderful short break!!! ##### Carol H. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en het is op loopafstand van de winkels en restaurants. Vanuit deze plek hebben we prachtige wandelingen in de omgeving gemaakt en Oxford s met de trein maar een uur. ##### Ellen d. Convenient for town centre, shops, and entertainment all within walking distance. Our only problem was the street parking which was always full and we sometimes had to resort to public parking or a long walk. Ron & Lyn Power, Switzerland. ##### Ronald P. Lots of cafes, supermarket, delis, a market and a pretty river to walk to. ##### Anne S. Well equipped and comfortable. The pub two doors away was quite noisy during fine evenings and noisy with people leaving at closing time. Pershore very nice quiet town and is a great base for seeing the surrounding area. National Trust members will save a fortune in a week. Snowshill and Croome particularly recommended. Nice selection of local shops for food shopping. ##### Clive P. Modern kitchen,, a back yard garden, cable TV, WiFi, etc. The town of Pershore is really nice. It's big enough to have everything you need, yet small enough to be charming and traditional. The cottage is just steps away from the beautiful old Abbey and the "downtown" shopping. The take-out Fish & Chips place across the street is awesome! The best ever. We had a wonderful time there, including exploring the beautiful Cotswold villages and classic pubs nearby and some convenient hiking trails. Finished the visit with a beautiful concert at the Abbey. We do want to come back ! The cottage was cosy and perfect for our family of four. A very well equipped kitchen. There was a very nice pub a door away. The main street has great shops and an Asda store. Pershore is very well located to visit Wales, Birmingham, as well as the very nice town Ludlow. Also the Malvern Hills were not far away. And after a trip to the countryside we were always glad we returned 'home' to the cottage. We hope to return one day to explore the area further. ##### Antonius T. Central for all town amenities and for visiting the area. We found livingroom a bit dark (that's the character though) and would have preferred a shower. Useful to have wi-fi. ##### Clare Cuthbertson ## Expedia's Latest Trends ### Hotels > [Crafted at Powdermills](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Battle-Hotels-Powdermills-Country-House-Hotel.h195688.Hotel-Information) > > [Hampton by Hilton Canterbury](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Canterbury-Hotels-Hampton-Inn-Canterbury.h66541221.Hotel-Information) > > [Wild Rose Caravan Park](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Appleby-In-Westmorland-Hotels-Wild-Rose-Caravan-Park.h24459296.Hotel-Information) > > [Lock Keeper, Worksop by Marston's Inns](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Worksop-Hotels-Lock-Keeper.h27479298.Hotel-Information) > > [The Stables Whitby](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Whitby-Hotels-The-Stables-Whitby.h23322490.Hotel-Information) > > [Samsara Retreat and Yoga - Adults Only](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Maidstone-Hotels-Samsara-Retreat-And-Yoga.h41349775.Hotel-Information) > > [Cromer Country Club](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Cromer-Hotels-Cromer-Country-Club.h1927781.Hotel-Information) > > [The Skipton Hotel - Formerly Hotel Rendezvous](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Skipton-Hotels-Hotel-Rendezvous.h41466.Hotel-Information) > > [voco Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa by IHG](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Haslemere-Hotels-Voco-Lythe-Hill-Hotel-Spa.h517258.Hotel-Information) > > [Pinewood Camping Pods - At Port Lympne Reserve](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Hythe-Hotels-Pinewood-Apinall-Foundation.h40101599.Hotel-Information) > > [Sandman Signature Sheffield Quays Hotel](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Sheffield-Hotels-The-Quays-Hotel-Sheffield.h46197620.Hotel-Information) > > [Skegness The Royal Hotel](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Skegness-Hotels-The-Royal-Hotel-Skegness.h23931999.Hotel-Information) > > [Soar Mill Cove Hotel](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Salcombe-Hotels-Soar-Mill-Cove-Hotel.h2042032.Hotel-Information) > > [Seven Hotel](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Southend-On-Sea-Hotels-Seven-Hotel.h19282555.Hotel-Information) > > [Chewton Glen Hotel & Spa - an Iconic Luxury Hotel](https://www.expedia.co.uk/New-Milton-Hotels-Chewton-Glen-Hotel-Spa.h528432.Hotel-Information) > > [OYO Shanklin Beach Hotel](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Shanklin-Hotels-OYO-Shanklin-Beach-Hotel.h7539838.Hotel-Information) > > [Bear Lodge - At Port Lympne Reserve](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Hythe-Hotels-Bear-Lodge-Aspinall-Foundation.h40101484.Hotel-Information) > > [Exeter Rougemont hotel by Sunday](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Exeter-Hotels-Exeter-Rougemont-Hotel-By-Sunday.h7784.Hotel-Information) > > [Crow Wood Hotel & Spa Resort](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Burnley-Hotels-Crowwood-Hotel-Spa-Resort.h38222710.Hotel-Information) > > [The Swan Hotel](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Wells-Hotels-The-Swan-Hotel.h26791.Hotel-Information) > > [The Aviator, formerly Smugglers Cove, Clacton On Sea by Marston's Inns](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Clacton-On-Sea-Hotels-Smugglers-Cove-By-Marstons-Inns.h35853904.Hotel-Information) > > [Yeoldon House](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Bideford-Hotels-Yeoldon-House.h2764122.Hotel-Information) > > [Brock Cottage private Hot Tub DOG/Cat FRIENDLY\* with on site fishing](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Pickering-Hotels-Spacious-Stone-Cottage-DOG-FRIENDLY.h36805890.Hotel-Information) > > [DoubleTree by Hilton London Elstree](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Borehamwood-Hotels-DoubleTree-By-Hilton-London-Elstree.h18549.Hotel-Information) > > [Mermaid, Ipswich by Marston's Inns](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Ipswich-Hotels-Mermaid.h31883430.Hotel-Information) > > [Donnington Manor Hotel](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Sevenoaks-Hotels-Donnington-Manor-Hotel.h865829.Hotel-Information) > > [voco Leicester by IHG](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Leicester-Hotels-Voco-Leicester.h76596043.Hotel-Information) > > [Canterbury Bell, Margate by Marston's Inns](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Broadstairs-Hotels-Canterbury-Bell.h33103125.Hotel-Information) > > [Wild Thyme & Honey](https://www.expedia.co.uk/Cirencester-Hotels-Wild-Thyme-Honey.h9241983.Hotel-Information) ---
