Stayed here 6th-10th may with 6 friends. On arrival the general cleanliness of the villa was very poor. Needed a good clean before we was prepared to use any of the facilities.
All beds were extremely uncomfortable and annoying loud. Couldn't roll over without waking up the person trying to sleep next to you. Springs popping out of all mattresses! Better off sleeping on a sunbed.
The kitchen has enough facilities except a kettle. However the oven was broken had buttons missing, reception said they would add to maintenance which we never saw. Decent size fridge freezer for up to 8 people.
With the reception being in the centre of Salou and a bus ride away from the villa it really isn't convenient if you have any problems. Also nowhere on any confirmation did it say the the villas pool was shut until the the 15th June! Rather annoying!
Not normally the review type but wanted to highlight many problems. It was a shame because the villa is in a great location for seeing plenty of Salou.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and prompt responses to any queries.
Loved the adult only Jacuzzi's on the roof. Transport to town center and port aventura just outside the hotel. Could have stayed longer x
There were 5 of us moved to salou suites because the pool was out of season and there was no staff at the gardens.you can't complain at £8 each a night! It's dirty and grubby but we were out all the time on a girly holiday!massive balcony plus side. Pool was clean.staff are miserable.
We were going to stay at one of the port aventura hotels as we were a bit concerned about hiring an apartment. However we are glad we chose the P & V apartments as they were spacious, secure and quality apartments in good location. Staff were very courteous and helpful, would definitely recommend as a base if staying in or around salou.
The room smelt like a cesspit! The lovely girl at reception said that it was due to the heavy rain of the night before. She had some overwhelming air fresher sprayed in the room, which was better but awful and it stank again in the morning!
The patio door did not lock, just a thin clip wedged over the top!
The noise from outside was unbearable all night and we barely slept. The bedcovers were thin! The pillow was rock hard!
Thankfully we did not pay for breakfast!
Also it was hard to park outside.
What a nightmare experience!
