"Cannot rate the Bridge House highly enough. The B&B is a stone's throw from the (best bit of) wall and 20 steps from a great little pub to watch the sun set. The room, bed, and shower were all perfect and the breakfast was the best I had all trip. What's more, the hosts clearly don't think twice about going above and beyond for their guests, making sure that I had ice for a nagging injury from the trail despite my late arrival. Just a rare level of hospitality. "

"Outstanding, if bijou, place to stay. By no means 5 star, but at this price point you would be daft to expect it. What you get is a very small room with a clean and comfortable bed and a shower with plenty of hot water at excellent pressure! And the owners couldn’t be nicer! "Arrived a few hours early, and the lady on the front desk was really friendly and got us checked into our room. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff at breakfast were very nice and the food was very nice also very fresh. She even made my son a bacon sandwich because he couldn’t be bothered to get out of bed 😂. I would definitely recommend this place. "

"Nice hotel but the room, and particularly the bathroom, are clynical and sparcely decorated. The room was spacious and comfortable but didn't feel warm and homely like a hotel room should. Staff were pleasant and food in restraunt was good though."
