"The cabin was amazingly beautiful. The decor was very very nice. Everything was very clean and the views were beautiful. First thing I did was take pictures of the cabin to send home. They know How much I wanted to stay in one. I did walk the seven bridge walk I’d sat halfway, also a wonderful scenic walk where I was able to get some fabulous pictures. "The cabin was clean, cosy and well provisioned. The location in a small wooded area surrounded by fields, with the river Derwent flowing by was glorious. We went for early morning woodland walks followed by wild swimming in the river which flowed extremely close by - idylic. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding location. We loved our stay and hope to return"

"Stayed at the Smolt pod at the Speyside Gardens Caravan Park in Aberlour for a long weekend with my husband and 13 year old son. "Beautiful place. We loved the fact that it's 799 years old, thinking about all the people that have come and gone before us enjoying the same space. Pretty grounds right on the river Dee. Old cemetery and remains of a chapel right behind for exploring. Natural beauty all around. Staff was welcoming and helpful. We stayed in a suite and everything met our expectations. Will definitely stay again. Also love that they have a vegan menu in their restaurant! 🌱💚"
