"This is a great location in Frankton, quiet, not far from a very busy Queenstown and the views are spectacular from the room. Walking/bike track is excellent. Jean-Pierre the consummate host, nothing too difficult, very generous with his time and advice of what to do, just one of of our best accommodation experiences ever. "The hotel was okay. I stayed in different (exceptional) hotel in the area a week earlier and wish I would have gone back there. This one was just okay, it’s more of a standard hotel - almost like a Holiday Inn feeling. Nothing extra or special about it. The price at the previous hotel was not that different and leaps and bounds above in setting and amenities."

"The property has all indicated amenities, in a previous review I indicated that the room was to cold, however after following up with a staff member, it was drawn to my attention that the room had a portable heater and she visited my room to set up same. The bed was very comfortable."

"Incredible hotel in an amazing location. Lovely staff, who were always happy to help. A lightbulb went out in our bathroom and reception and the maintenance guy had it fixed/replaced within 5 minutes. The in room breakfast for the duration of our stay was fantastic. I can't recommend this hotel enough!"
