When we arrived we were questioned if we book the room via Expedia, I said yes and almost instantly the room we booked, a king, was just not available. "Comfortable and affordable stay for one night, great location, close to our visit to Kew Gardens. (About 10 mins drive away). A very modern feel, stayed in an exec room on top floor, very clean bedroom with modern bathroom and facilities, lots of wardrobe space, safe, fridge free robes and slippers, toiletries, free wifi and sky movie and sport channels, also free access to spa which we didnt use. "A very good hotel for stays in Guildford. Central location makes it easy to get to venues/restaurants/cafes/shops. Has a bar and restaurant but breakfast a little on the pricey side so maybe better to use one of the cafes in the high street. The room is adequate, comfortable and clean. Includes all ameneties like iron, kettle, shower essentials. Not fully soundproof as you do hear street noise even on the 3rd floor, but not too much of an issue overall."

"Super central in Reading... Clean, well-equipped. Lovely little pool and sauna area with pool/gym towels - all free for guests - great to keep the little ones occupied on a rainy day. Parking at the hotel's car park itself is costly at £19/night but they can validate some local multi-story car parks within 7-8 mins walk so not paying more than £7-8. Can also use the hotel car park to drop off luggage but it does take a little while to make your way in. "
