"We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the receptionist upgraded us to a newly refurbished room on the 11th floor. The room was amazing! We were also given vouchers for a complimentary drink at the bar. The service was exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay."

Jus a trio of minor points: the shower gave only a trickle of water (reported at reception and I'm sure they'll fix it), the hotel is noisy with people arriving and leaving at all hours of the day causing noise around the clock (but that's to be expected at an airport hotel; I just wish they'd made soft close doors),...

Disappointed there was no fridge or safe in the room, but there was plenty of coffee/tea options (as with all hotels not enough milk) and biscuits/chocolates. Shower was big and water pressure good with plenty of hot water. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there were so many restaurants & cafes nearby. Within walking distance of shops and attractions.
