"I did enjoy my stay although Mother Nature was relentless. I must say though, I wish they wouldn’t cater so much to Americans. The food options was so boring. I was expecting to taste some Donovan food while there and got none of that."

"Only issues I found were I needed to ask for another towel for 2nd guest and more toilet paper. They didn't really have someone come to clean or change sheets/trash over 4 nights. Had to ask for more toilet paper. The water flow sometimes was choppy like alternating between strong and weak flow. However it was very clean. The only thing missing from room is a nice big mirror and the room is a bit small in terms of space. Overall nice place to stay for the price. I would return. Just be prepared...

"The hotel was super clean and the staff supportive for non Spanish speaking guests. The rooms were clean and bright and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options for everyone. "

"The resort is wonderful. Only drawback for us was that it does not really cater to English-speaking guests. Would recommend for guests from France, Italy or South America."

"I enjoyed my 3 nights at this property. The pool view was absolutely amazing even though there is not an ocean view. I paid extra for breakfast and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, there were a few things that I did not like, such as the WiFi only working in the lobby. The balcony sliding door not being able to close or lock. They did not provide wash cloths. Other than that, it is an awesome hotel."

"Property was well kept albeit a bit simple, but a good value for the price. Food is ordinary, but ok for a short stay. 10-15 min taxi from the cruise port. Not near the beaches, so if that's your thing, look elsewhere. Also helps to be bilingual ."
