"Excellent location and good value (when on offer). Enjoyed the stay however had a problem finding the hotel/car park. There are no signs how to get to the hotel and could easily end up on another car park on the ground flood (and get charged extra). No hotel phone number on tbe booking to call them. Also no info on hotel website on where to park."

"My mother required a more accessible bathroom because of new disability. Staff members Sallie and Steve McCabe were able to find her a suitable alternative room which made her stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Many thanks both"

"We stayed here as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very child friendly with a lending library of books and games, colouring and the staff even had little pouches of duck food to feed the swans on the canal. The pool was clean and the water was warm though the changing rooms were very cold and a little tired. This didn’t stop us having an excellent swimming experience though. All in all,...

"The lady on reception on Sunday evening was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. She is an example of what a receptionist should be like. Everything else was fine. It was good to be able to have something to eat and drink when we arrived - as you mention on your website."

Firstly I’d like to say that the staff were superb especially Lucy who seemed to be there every second of every day looking after us checking in, out, breakfast and dinner. Thank you so much. The rooms were clean and the beds were big snd very comfortable. Excellent location in a lovejy area with shops a 2 minute walk away and the station 5 mins away to get into central Manchester. Overall a really nice stay in a nice clean hotel."
