"The stay was great. We arrived in the early evening and were given a good room. I requested a roll away bed for our son. We were told that unfortunately they didn't have any left, but they could upgrade us to a mini suite. They enabled us to have a successful trip by moving a few things around while treating us as valued individuals and guests. The spa and pool were under renovation during our vist "

"The hotel was in a great position to walk to the Utilita arena, it was easy to walk to shops and there were lots of bars and restaurants nearby. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was lovely as were breakfast staff. The only thing that let it down were staff who didn’t know what they were doing in the hotel bar, we waited so long for a quick drink, but there were 4 staff and 3 customers, after 10 minutes we left and found a nice bar to go to next door"

"Staff and service were very polite.check in was excellent. for lunch we order wraps,loaded fries with chicken and from kids menu sausage with mash,peas and ice cream. Well...waiting time around 30min with couple of guest around at12.30pm...fries arrived with no chicken,sausage with beans,no ice cream. Chicken Wrap was ok but no seasonings at all. My room 140 was dusty and bathroom needed better clean.i do understand somedays it might be busier then others and is not possible to deepclean however...

"I booked a "king size" room but upon checking in, the bed was a queen size. When I went back to reception, they indicated that all the beds in the studio rooms were the same size but the website has queen size rooms and king size rooms. The reception staff were great and upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment, which was nice. The free breakfast was really good with hot (eggs, bacon, etc.) and cold (bread, yogurt, cereal, fruit, etc.) items available. The hotel is very centrally located...
