"The hotel has a great location in terms of convenience. Yet because it is on the main street, all conversations outside and vehicles going by sounded like they were in our room. The bed was hard as a rock. The safe didn't work. We couldn't get hot water. The front desk person was lovely, kind, and helpful (to the extent that she could be). Her son was adorable and sweet."
