"I stay away a lot for work and have seen it all from roll top baths in the bedroom to hundreds of condom wrappers under the bed (afterwards finding out the room was hourly rented 🤔😳) but this place is good for the money, was super toasty when I got there and was fully acceptable for my purposes. "Renovations were going on inside the hotel- these did not phase my stay. The cleaner and desk clerk were very accommodating and got me a kettle for my usual morning tea. He also sorted the tv. I was given a room choice- upstairs or down and it was warm and clean so very comfortable for my stay. Very much paying for what you get but would recommend if needing to be close to Salford. Plus the desk clerk knew a taxi man that gave me a great deal when travelling to see my daughter further towards...

"A nice stay but could have been excellent with a bit more attention to detail. Could have done with a vacuum. Shower gel hasn’t been replenished and pillows weren’t great (not much to them). Great location for bars, restaurants and shops. Easy online check in with key codes entry (can’t generally get in early as it’s unmanned and doors don’t release until 3pm) - guy cleaning did let us in at 2:30pm though which was kind and appreciated. Parking is a pain (not owners fault) car park next door...

"After a rather pot holed approach road to the site you are greeted by a terraced bungalow complex. On my second night I discovered there is accommodation in the attic with bare floor boards- I had a rather noisy person above me! These should be carpeted as a courtesy to those on the ground floor.The person who checked me in was pleasant but not thorough with information.
