"Absolutely amazing property with gorgeous views of the Bahia de Banderas. Great rooms, great pools for adults and kids, wonderful private beach. Limited dining options on property (only 2 restaurants) and limited options off property where you need transportation which is costly when arranged from the hotel. Also, no actual front desk, have to text team for anything which works but can be annoying when you just want a quick key if you forget it in the room. "

It's spacious; room design is thoughtful; staff is so, so helpful; staff responded to items that needed fixing (patio fan, safe cabinet door) in a timely manner. I'd recommend it to anyone. I love that there is a family area, although we didn't use it. Food was very good. "
