As a vegetarian, the room service menu was very limited. I ate the same meal for the 3 days I was there. The room I had was not 5*. Leaking roof in living area when it rained, stained shower screen and wash basin surround and fridge door. For the price, these things should be in better condition. The staff are excellent and the spa has an amazing choice of treatments. 10/10 for peace and tranquility

The playroom staff and aunties were excellent—very attentive and provided outstanding customer service. Special thanks to Ms. Setirah and Ms. Alicia for going above and beyond.
However, the bellman service was extremely disappointing. As Jamaicans returning home, we expected the same warm welcome extended to other guests, including being offered roses and a cold towel upon arrival. Unfortunately, we had to ask for these. At checkout, no one assisted us with loading our luggage into the car, which was quite frustrating.
Overall, the stay had its highlights thanks to the playroom team, but the bellman experience needs significant improvement.

The property was clean and I extremely loved the beach area and facilities and the mini bar team was on the ball. However, housekeeping service needs improvement. We were there celebrating our anniversary and waited 2 whole days to get towels. Most staff were more interested in selling us stuff than catering to pur needs for what we had already paid for.
