Lovely staff at the hotel and great location. Our room was a two bedroom with slanted ceilings in bedrooms and bathroom so it’s not great for tall people. The room was kept clean and towels were changed daily. We were also provided with coffee pods and snacks.

The room is clean and spacious,the staff is very welcoming ,they let us in and eat breakfast and gave us complimentary water water while we are waiting for our check in time for our long travel ,the shops is just around the corner ,everything is nearby,St.Mark square is just 3 minutes walk,the restaurant is just everywhere,we will be back again one day,thank you Ca Alvise,you let our stay so memorable,thank you for the great staff once again,they treated us well.

Don’t think twice - this hotel is perfection! From the amazing smell when you walk in to the most wonderful and accommodating staff to the Gorgeous hotel and large room with plenty of AC and comfortable beds. Far from the crazy tourists a sanctuary unto its own - 5 stars at its best - the food is Michelin star worthy. A Venice dream hotel

Matteo is the BEST!!! All our luggage was lost and we thought we would have to go all the way back to the airport to pick it up, But Matteo talked to the baggage crew at the airport and had our luggage delivered and he put it in our room while we were out.....Can say enough great things about the customer service...it was above and beyond.
