Staff was pleasant. Had issues with room access. Had to go to front desk multiple time to be let into room at different occasions. Also noise from people outside was excessive.

The room was nice. The staff was very accommodating and had a pleasant stay over the Thanksgiving weekend

Our stay at the Beacon Grand was exceptional. When we checked in Veronica was friendly, professional, and very helpful. We were also impressed to see management, Leif Abram, greeting guests in the lobby! The room was clean and provided a impressive view. We felt safe. The location is ideal for sightseeing, dining, and shopping at Union Square. We did not need a car and walked to China Town, North Beach, and to the SF Museum of Modern Art. We could not recommend the Beacon Grand more highly! WE WILL RETURN!

Clean room, nice breakfast! Parking was excellent.

My rating would have been excellent but the elevatora weren’t working in our last day. Walkinf up 5 flts of ataira was not fun. However, the hotel did give us a credit for the inconvenience.

Great Decent place - Conveniently located at the downtown area of San Francisco- Friendly staff and Clean Rooms.

Update the room specially the bathroom.
