The hotel staff could have done more during our stay. The receptionist was very polite, able to speak to us in a timely manner. House keeping staff was very friendly and understanding if we wanted to stay long in our room. Lovy hotel, shame about the lifts not working but the hotel allowed us to use the service lifts.

Its very convenient and the area was safe and clean. The hotel had great ambiance and trendy decor. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was larger than it looks in photos. The fridge held a ton of leftovers and waters. Beds and pillows were comfy. The only complaint is....the shower tile grout and around the shampoo/soap dispensers inside had mold and mildew that needed attention. The rest of the shower and tub was clean, probably hard for housekeeping to get inside the shower for a proper clean. We will definitely stay again! Great hotel!

Great location, property, and staff. Only complaint is the water pressure in showers. Eco-friendly gone too far. For $900 a night, I'd like to be able to wash the shampoo out and feel refreshed.
