This property has been in our family for over 50 years. Built in 1943, this newly renovated house sits on a private fenced acre surrounded by fruit trees. It’s within walking distance to town, a short drive to the beautiful vineyards of Sonoma County or the stunning beaches of Bodega Bay. This fully furnished two-bedroom, one-bath house comes with a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to make your stay enjoyable. A hammock hangs for those lazy days of doing nothing. You can relax and dine on the spacious deck. There is a patio table and BBQ for anytime you have the desire to grill. For those trips to the beach, there's an outdoor shower to rinse off a fun day in the sand. Couldn’t have had a more perfect place for a few days! The cottage was lovely- so inviting, comfortable & thoughtfully decorated. Lisa met us & gave a quick tour/history, some local info, etc. She is super friendly & thinks of everything that would make your stay exceptional. Sebastopol is amazing- an active town w rural feel too. We’re familiar w the area just hadn’t spent significant time in S. It’s close to anything you might want to do- coast, wineries, visit quaint postage stamp towns.
