Large 1BR1BA with ocean view+walking to downtown

Relax at this peaceful and conveniently located home to ferry and downtown and ocean in 5 minutes. Forgive me for the not yet professionally updated iPhone pictures that may not illustrate how spacious and beautiful the place is: a King bed in the bedroom with closet and ceiling fan; a sofa bed and a day bed that can sleep 3 ; open concept kitchen with a dining counter; fully stocked kitchen with a washer/dryer; gas fireplace place, dedicated working desk & deck with a beautiful ocean view!

After confirmed booking a $200 refundable deposit will be requested and will refund after deducting cost of repairs beyond normal wear and tear if any.
The space
The one bedroom one bathroom has its own private entrance. The bedroom has a closet and the livingroom has another closet to hang plenty of clothes.
Central AC Controlled with Nest smart thermostat. Bathroom and kitchen are all newly remodeled.
