Room is impeccably clean and nice. But nobody answers the phone in front desk, housekeeping, everything! Huge living room but can’t afford to have microwave inside the room, there’s only one old microwave at the lobby. No signage or anything as to where you can find amenities, you have to figure it or ask around. Kinda disappoints for 4-start expensive hotel.

Overall, I loved everything about the property. I had a very clean room, the staff were very nice and accommodating, breakfast was amazing, and the my massage from the spa was fantastic. I would recommend this location to everyone i know and also wouldn't mind returning.

Use side doors to access your rooms so you have ramps in case you have alot of luggage or if you have a stroller. You have to go up 2-3 to get into lobby otherwise
