The rooms are very spacious and clean, the grounds beautiful and the cleaning staff friendly and efficient. I was disappointed with some of the desk staff which was a bit curt, and the limited number of lounge chairs available at the children pool where people reserve chairs with towels while not using them for hours..

Excellent staff and facilities. Pool and restaurant services were top notch. Friendly and helpful at every turn. A little limited with options for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. Dolphin pool was entertaining and educational. Very peaceful alternative to downtown Waikiki.

Pros: beautiful resort. We stayed at the tower in an ocean view room with balcony. The room size and the balcony size was decent. The room was old but not bad. The pool is very small. They allow you to use the pool at the next door hotel but We did not have time to try that. Quality of the Food was good. There are many shops within walking distance. Cons: -The beach is a public beach. That means you’ll see occasional homeless people. -Beach chairs are $100 per day for the first row (in 2026). -Food is very expensive! -Shower curtain was molded where the magnets are. Overall, We had a great experience!

Great breakfast, friendly staff

Good location with easy access to Fort DeRussy Park and beach, good partial ocean view with balcony.

Amazing tropical gardens, views of mountains and ocean, helpful front desk staff….. but rooms tired and rundown. Cockroaches greeted on the first day in kitchen area but seemed to disappear afterwards. Refrigerator needed defrosting. Crack between sink and fridge needed cleaning. Bathroom tiles have some mildew. Leaking sink. Issues reported and were addressed. Also, don’t recommend rooms directly under the reception area. Woken up early every morning to footsteps of staff and people seeking coffee and banana bread.
