If we went back to Hawaii 10 times, we would use this hotel every time. It was so beautiful inside and so unique, we didn’t see anything else like it anywhere else in our travels.
All the staff were so friendly and easy-going. They all had the aloha spirit.
We took some of that aloha spirit with us back home. I hope it doesn’t wear off anytime soon.

We went for breakfast at the restaurant at the top of the property. Paid 107.00 for fake eggs. Totally insulting. We go to Honolulu every year and will probably never stay at the Sheraton again

Loved the spacious room for the price of it. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and comprehensive amenities. Staffs were really nice as well. However, I found it a bit inconveniencing with the lack of room service for stay under five days. The parking was also another part I found a bit frustrating with the valet parking costing 50 a night, so I don’t it’s recommended for guests who are renting cars and driving.
