Great stay however under major reno's. Noise of construction was a lot as it is not only going on at this Hotel but also at quite a few other surrounding, some construction starting at 7am. Reno"s meant to be completed by end Jan 27. Pool was still accessable, however a lot of the food that is normally available on the menu has been removed until reno's completed. Similar story for Dukes's bar. Maybe hotel should consider discounting resort fres due to all the works and not all facilities etc being fully available.

Historic and magical location on the beach.
Amazing bed but A/C super noisy.
No real milk for tea in the room! Had to buy our own at the ABC store.
The facilities for dining and bars are great.
