"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a 2-night stay at this oceanfront Villa and were so impressed and pleased by location, size, and amenities. Perfect for 2 people.Pros: Wonderful ocean front view, grounds are lovely and well maintained, staff all friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed & excellent sheets, towels, laundry supplies. The fridge is small, but worked fine for us. The unit's finishes are high end & decor tasteful. Having a full size tub and a separate WC in the spacious bathroom was great, as was the walk-in closet. The Ritz right next door with several restaurant & spa options made it very convenient. Wish we'd known the Ritz has a great little market too! Cons: The lanai cushions all had mildew spots (it's very humid in HI) and I found long hairs on our pillowcases upon check-in, so can't give a full 5 stars for cleanliness. Housekeeping replaced pillows immediately. Verdict: Would definitely return and choose a similar unit or several units if traveling with additional people. Didn't open the beach locker at all due to rough surf conditions after a storm. The rental agency had the most detailed list of rules I've ever seen for a rental property, but they also provided information about everything you might need & we had a good experience overall. "

"Had to follow the signs of the property to the villas and not the gps directions to the address but smooth check in other than that. Very nice stay overall, though we did miss some of the extras that we encountered at similar stats (for example, a few bottles of water, small treat or nut lei up on check in)."

"We wish we could have stayed a little longer at this wonderful property. The condo was so spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was lovely -- a real ocean view, not just a sliver. Jimmy was extremely responsive and helpful. We hope to return someday!"

"wonderful to walk into this exceptional rental - perfect setting, second floor, beautiful view, super super clean, and beds were like literally four seasons oops ritz carlton level comfort. we also appreciated the amenities (tvs w easy to navigate remotes - i'm old) and the lovely condiments avail in pantry (soy sauce w my leileis leftovers made my night) - just a lovely stay overall! cant wait to return! :)"
