Overall clean but for luxury, minor details could be attended to. Like chaulk in bathroom(moldy or soap residue), plants look sick in the hallway of the club rooms, could use bug repellent plants, as the gnats and mosquitoes were rampant). Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Amenities were great as well.

This is our absolute favorite place to travel. We have stayed at Four Seasons properties all over the world, but this resort is special. Perfect weather, amazing rooms, protected swimming cove, several pools, restaurants within walking distance, but what truly sets this resort apart is the staff. We have come for years now, and over that time we have made friends with several people who make us feel like friends and family. Cody - while we missed Cody this trip, he always makes our breakfast experience amazing. He has visited multiple FS properties, and because of him, we have added at least 5 to our own list. Cameron - no longer poolside, we were so grateful to be greeted by him when we checked in at the front desk. He has taken care of our family on multiple trips and always seems to find a way to surprise us and make our trip unexpected and memorable. Justin Joey and Morganne. These two were absolutely the best part of our most recent stay. They daily looked out for us and our kiddos and continually looked for ways to make our family feel recognized and went above and beyond to make this our best trip yet. Other major shoutouts include Alyssa, Chloe, Kayci, Moani (always), Ava, and Noah (great to chat). Absolutely recommend this location! We go at least once per year, and it is by far our favorite family destination.

The hotel is super expensive (not surprisingly). The rooms are plush and comfortable. The bed is unreal. The beach is very crowded but we came at New Year’s so it was expected. What was super annoying is we went to dinner at Manalo, the lounge restaurant and couldn’t be seated right away. If we are paying more than $1300 a night to stay at this property we should not have to wait to eat dinner. That is absurd! Not happy.

Four Seasons Oahu

Four Seasons Oahu is truly the most beautiful hotel! Stunning views and the most wonderful staff! We enjoyed every restaurant at Four Seasons also. I can’t say enough about this hotel. We can’t wait to go back!!
