The parking fee for on property in opinion is bit excessive. The hotel was cute but alarms kept going off that we would have to see if was an excavation or not. It is a good spot and distance from beach and shopping centers. I just wouldn’t recommend booking if you have a car to park.

Amazing tropical gardens, views of mountains and ocean, helpful front desk staff….. but rooms tired and rundown. Cockroaches greeted on the first day in kitchen area but seemed to disappear afterwards. Refrigerator needed defrosting. Crack between sink and fridge needed cleaning. Bathroom tiles have some mildew. Leaking sink. Issues reported and were addressed. Also, don’t recommend rooms directly under the reception area. Woken up early every morning to footsteps of staff and people seeking coffee and banana bread.

They were under construction outside when we were there. Not much noise or inconvenience but still construction. Pool small but very clean property and well maintained. Close to beach and shopping. Would stay again. Staff very helpful.
