"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was beautiful! The house was clean , but 90 degrees inside. The air should be turned on at least a couple of hours before next guests arrives. We consider going somewhere else the first night. There is a step on the walk down that is sitting partially sideways. It’s needs to be fixed. Would be easy for someone to trip on. We had a wonderful week and did many activities. Snorkeling, kayak, swam in the waterfall, luau, Diamond head, Pearl Harbor etc."

"The sofa bed needs to be changed. It is incredibly uncomfortable. It makes a lot of noise as well. Other than that things were clean, and well stocked. I would recommend this place as long as the sofa bed mattress is replaced."

"Nicely maintained and well-appointed villa with a view to die for. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. We enjoyed the restaurants at Turtle Bay, especially the Beach House. The pool area was lovely and chairs were always available. We look forward to returning one day:)"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a pretty home! You can't beat that view! It was gorgeous from the moment we arrived. Clean and well stocked for all our needs. Kitchen has spices and and all cooking supplies we needed (except a spatula!). The only A.C. units are in the bedrooms. The living area could use a ceiling fan to help keep it cool though. Upstairs became extremely hot with the evening sun and didn't cool down until after sunset. Curtains would help solve this during the day. We found 4 fans in the downstairs bedroom and that was a lifesaver. I was worried about the tide pools initially but they became a gold mine! We found fish, urchins, eels, crabs and so much more! What a treasure! If we ever get to come back we would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!"

"The pictures do not do it justice; it's an immaculate property with everything you could ever need. We had a group of 12 and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, along with a phenomenal common area for us to play outside and eat big family dinners. I would absolutely stay here again! The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. The only downside is that the beach is volcanic rock rather than sand."

"This property was truly exceptional! The 4 bedroom 3 bath setup was perfect for our multigenerational family of 10. The grounds are the most beautiful I have ever seen, absolutely stunning. The North Shore location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We wish we could stay longer. Mahalo!"
