"Our family, including our three young adult kids, enjoyed our stay at the Turtle Bay Villas. The villa was fully stocked with everything we needed and was in a wonderful location on a beautiful sandy beach. We even had a surprise visit from a Hawaiian monk seal on the beach! We could easily drive to Honolulu and enjoyed being in the quieter North Shore area. There were many beautiful beaches and wonderful local cuisine and shops. The Toa Luau, Waimea Valley waterfall, and other activities were nearby. We would highly recommend the villa. Mahalo!The Hess Family"

"Follow through is a problem at this hotel. Room was over the event space, so every night there is loud music below. The matter was brought to the staff at front desk, and I was told they will get me another room, and I never heard back. Restaurants have great food, but service is below average on all. Brought it up to their attention, I was told “thanks for letting us know” Asked to speak to the hotel manager, no one reached out. Followed up again, and they had the food and beverage manager LVM for me. One attempt. Unfortunately, very disappointed with this property. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this property to anyone. "

"My husband and I travel to the North Shore every couple of years and this condo was perfect for us! The view was spectacular, the condo was spotless, the layout of the furniture made the space feel huge. We stayed for a full week and it was so nice to be able to do laundry, make coffee and have an easy breakfast. We made good use of the beach chairs and boogie board included in the storage locker. Loved every minute."
