"The property was recently renovated so everything is fresh and new. The Infinity pool is small but special. The bell staff arranged our taxi. Beach towels available at the bell desk. The protected beach is right across the street. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the International Market. A great property."

"Everything was all good and great, I would say they just need to work on their elevators they take forever! And the valet needs better communication when bringing cars up, a lot of time they just would stand around and be on their phones."

"Outdoor common areas like the tables at seating outside the Wiki Shop were never cleaned. The pool areas also required more service. This is a very crowded property in a good location."

"Our housekeepers were incredibly helpful with our water bottle needs and provided us. We thoroughly enjoyed our room, which offered a fantastic view of the Waikiki ocean. We also felt right at home with the bidet. We even enjoyed making our own lei. However, the sink and shower drains are too slow, and the pipes smell."
