property was attractive, pool area was elegant and beautiful area to upgrade too with private area and personal loungers and TV. I'm guessing this area is pricey but options would be perfect if you have small children. Good food at pool area too. Location is perfect to all downtown shopping and beach access

My family had a wonderful stay at the iconic Halekulani to celebrate a very special occasion. The staff were very attentive and warm. The property was very tranquil despite being steps away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. We booked the Diamond Head oceanfront room and the views were spectacular. Highly recommend this property to everyone!

The room had just enough space if you were going to be in and out. It was clean and had a mini fridge and microwave which was nice & right next to an ABC store & a short walk to a target. It was a perfect location to walk to Waikiki beach as well, staff was very kind as well!

We had 3 adults staying there. It was advertised for 3 adults, however, the futon foldout was only big enough for a kid. We took pictures of our adult kids and their heads went over the futon. However. After complaining, the owners dropped off a double/queen blow up mattress, about the 3 day into the stay, meanwhile one of the kids had to move into our room. So, bad news, the room was not set up for 3 adults, but good news after days of complaining, the bed was corrected.
