The room was very spacious and clean. I loved the jetted bathtub. That was much needed after a long day of walking at the theme parks. Also, it was in close enough proximity to the parks. I do wish there was daily housekeeping although I'm not sure if this was something we needed to ask for? The front desk staff was really nice. FYI this is a huge property so depending where your room is, you'll need to take a shuttle just to get to the main lobby which can be a bit of a hassle but thankfully, their staff is very accommodating and would take us on a golf cart if we didn't feel like waiting.

We had an excellent stay at Avanti! The location on I-Drive is perfect, we were within walking distance to so many great restaurants and attractions. The pool area is huge and very well-maintained, which the kids absolutely loved. The room was clean, modern, and offered plenty of space for us to relax after a long day at the parks. Great value for the heart of Orlando

We loved everything about this hotel to include the smell! We are very big on hotels that are truly the full package and can honestly say this hotel is top notch! We stayed for 6 nights and loved every moment, so much that we rarely left. The food, drinks, ambiance, cleanliness, smell, and the staff, literally everything was superb! I have never said that I wanted to return to a specific state just for a singular hotel, but that has changed. I will take the 5 hour flight to Florida just to stay at the beautiful Ette Hotel again in the future!!

Arrived Feb.2-10, 2026, we had a spacious 2 bedroom condo, resort was easy to get around and close to all parks. Would definitely stay again.

The first room (villa) was substandard - not at all close to the photos - quite misleading- I requested another room and they gave us a “flat” which was better but we realized the patio door (we were on the first floor near a heavy traffic area)- the door would not lock - they sent maintenance but we missed our reservations because we didn’t want to leave the room until it was fixed - then we experienced a lot of the lights flickering and we had plans on eating at their “Barbarann” food van and it was closed due to a “private event” on Friday night.

Hotel is beautiful! Room was very nice and spacious! There is lots to do around the resort. Welcome margaritas is a great touch. Staff is very helpful. I do think things could be explained better. What time shuttles leave and return from the parks. Finding out that it leaves at 7am and comes back at 7pm made me upset. Room service hours-I wanted breakfast and when I tried to order everything was available after 11am I had drinks at the bar that I didn’t like but the live music was very nice! The weather wasn’t on my side so couldn’t enjoy the pool. Also everytime I returned to the hotel I was asked to sign up for time share I hate that. Overall I would love to come again when the waterpark is opened.
