Overall the stay was fine. When booking, it’d be helpful if it’s made clear that most of the cottages are upwards of a mile or more away from the main resort area. This makes trips to use the pool and water park vehicle trips coupled with finding parking. Also, what set the trip off in the worst possible way was the fact that immediately after checking in, you are literally herded to a kiosk where they begin a high pressure timeshare pitch complete with “what time can we pick you up for your meeting tomorrow?” We just flew in, haven’t seen the resort yet, have starving kids, and already have to fight off this nonsense. A great way to abuse your patrons and ensure they will have a bad experience immediately upon arrival. That alone was almost enough to make someone not want to return.

Nos hospedamos en una villa superior de tres habitaciones por un torneo juvenil de golf. La villa era amplia y la ubicación resultó muy conveniente para acceder a las canchas, que son el principal punto fuerte del resort. También agradecemos que finalmente nos permitieran hacer el check-out a las 12:00. Sin embargo, la experiencia de alojamiento estuvo por debajo de lo esperado. El check-in fue rápido, pero prácticamente no recibimos información sobre el resort, los servicios incluidos ni nuestros beneficios Expedia Gold. La reserva indicaba pases para el parque acuático, una botella de vino de cortesía, posible upgrade y late check-out sujetos a disponibilidad, pero nada de esto fue explicado ni ofrecido espontáneamente. En la villa encontramos cucarachas muertas. El lavavajillas no funcionaba correctamente y varios platos que estaban guardados tenían grasa y suciedad. También se escuchaban con mucha intensidad las pisadas y los ruidos de la unidad superior. El fitness center estaba sucio, muy deteriorado y necesitaba mantenimiento urgente. Algunos accesorios de las máquinas estaban excesivamente desgastados y parecían próximos a romperse. Las canchas de golf son muy buenas, pero la limpieza, el mantenimiento y la comunicación del alojamiento deben mejorar considerablemente. No elegiría volver a hospedarme aquí, salvo por la necesidad específica de participar en un torneo.

Everything was literally perfect. Just as the pictures advertised. Our kids lost it when they walked in and explored the house and found the themed rooms, the theater and the pool. Pool was amazing! We opted for heat which made the stay even better having a hot tub. White rose was very responsive to our needs and had quick response time. The resort amenities were clean, the staff was friends and helped us find parking when the pool lot was full. Lazy river was a blast for the kids. Plenty of seating by the pool. We just had a perfect week! The house had everything we needed plus more. Floaties, strollers, boogie boards, cooking needs and Tupperware. Beds were all very comfortable, and the layout of the house is very family oriented. There is a baby gate at the top of the stairs for youngsters. That was useful. Every room had tv and cable. And all 4 bathrooms were immaculate. I have no bad words. The property itself was peaceful but closer to the clubhouse so we could have definitely walked.

Best service in all departments. Four Seasons is a keeper :)

Friendly staff, clean room

The hotel was very clean and the staff we're very kind and welcoming! There's plenty of parking, and the AC is very powerful in the room!
