The hotel itself was amazing, definitely no complains there. The hotel is really big, so there’s a lot of options for shopping and eating.
Rated a 3/5 because we had a bad experience with the Starlight Luau. We went to the Luau help desk in the front lobby afterwards and were pretty much ignored. We were told a manager was going to reach out to us & to this day we have not heard back from them (it’s been almost a week). Also, just for clarification, the issue was NOT with the performers (they were amazing) or any of the other staff at the restaurants/shops, it was more with the staff running the luau. It just very unorganized & they weren’t much help.
Also, you can save the $100+ dollars you’d spend on the luau ticket & just watch the luau show from the lagoon. They don’t block it off so as long as you get there maybe 5 minutes before the show starts, you get a free show.
