We booked the family room in which the AC did not work properly, and the door didn't close properly either. Had to call the reception several times to come and check the AC, only to be relocated at 10 pm to another room. Noticed that the water coming out of the bathroom faucet is brown... Hotel is pretty dilapidated and rooms can use a major upgrade. The Concorde restaurant is overpriced...
