Great location within walking distance to Pier 39 Fisherman’s Wharf; lots of activities and eating places. Also close to Princess Cruise Port. Breakfast, supper delicious and a galore of choices. Staff were courteous and friendly at the reception, service were fast. We had the Superior Twin beds booked, huge room, very comfortable too. Did not use the outdoor pool.

When you first walk into the lobby, it’s very very humid and hot but as soon as we got into the room, it was blasting the air conditioner. It felt great. Everything else was great.

Great location and staff was nice, but the room really needs paint and upgraded fixtures. It was clean, but felt a bit like a hostel or cheap hotel.
