The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff, Liz. I can't thank her enough for checking us in early, giving us coupons for the partner wineries and informing us about the beautiful town of Calistoga. The resort itself is very peaceful and a picturesque resort with a colonial style. My boyfriend and I had a very pleasant and tranquil experience at the resort. We will be a repeat customers.

Our stay at Indian Springs was wonderful. Can’t say enough about how fabulous the room was. The little things like the complimentary snacks and water, and the generous toiletries made it even more special.

The Indian Springs resort is a magical and wonderful place. The mineral springs will soothe away all your cares and you can float into bliss. The only downside was the construction next to the pool which made relaxing challenging at times. It would have been nice to know it was happening prior to confirming. It put a damper on the top notch venue and experience.

The property was located right downtown Calistoga, which was nice. It made dinners and drinks walkable if we chose not to go to Sam's Social Club. The food at Sam's was fantastic! It was fun to ride the free rental bikes around the property.

We love staying here! Even though we only live 30 minutes away, this is our go-to staycation property! It's a very relaxing and serene environment, coupled with great abilities, comfortable rooms and the famous Olympic size hot spring pool!

Older property but not in a bad way. The property has a lot of character and the staff was thoughtful, kind, and accommodating. Enjoyed spa services and the pool. One of the most relaxing experiences that I’ve had in a long time. Definitely will return regularly in the future.

Wonderful resort with an amazing pool and lots of family friendly games onsite. Grab a bike or walk to town. Amazing meals at Sam's Club on property. Love the wonderful modern design and old world charm.

One of the best pools in the world.

Beautiful quiet retreat. Healing waters in a relaxing and historic environment. Resort has been updated and the restaurant and bar on site - Sam's Social Club is also wonderful. Loved it here and wished to stay much longer.

The public steam room is no longer available but everything else is still amazing! The staff go above and beyond and were absolutely amazing. Thanksgiving night our 4 month old wasn't feeling too good and the advice nurse told use to feed her some apple juice. everything was closed in town. our of desperation we tried house keeping and a couple of minutes later someone had delivered a cup of apple juice. life saver! will definitely be back soon.

The grounds are very retro with a 1960s glam vibe. I enjoyed the bikes they offered to move around the property. However, we booked spa services for our engagement and could not be more disappointed. The spa staff put me in a room by a large washing machine or something that, quite literally, shook the ground. This means that halfway through my massage, the table started bouncing up and down, which completely prevented me from relaxing and eventually gave me a headache. When we told the staff, they were completely aware of the issues in that room, but had booked me there anyway. They seemed entirely unbothered that they ruined our engagement spa day. They offered some token discount that wasn't even applied when we went to checkout. Completely unprofessional. Calistoga is a cute town and when we stay there again, we'll just opt for an AirBnb or cottage. Indian Springs "Resort" is not worth the time, energy or money.

Nice place, but a bit more family/activity-oriented than it appeared on the listings. Staff/facilities were great, but this seems like a place to do a group vacation rather than a romantic getaway.
