Disney's Boardwalk Mountain Holidays

Shower was rusty. Tub was questionable. Water temp was amazing. Pressure not so much. The Door to entryway and to the unit had a draft. Everytime the other room came or left it sounded like someone was barging in. The room felt humid. The sheets felt moist. Fridge had an odor. For these being timeshare units they felt very under kept. Parking for check in was extremely limited. Parking for room was also limited. Had to park near other buildings and walk over. House keeping checking to see if we were gone before checkout time was annoying. Positives - double layer of security guard gates made it feel safe. Food on site was good. proximity to universal and Disney was good. Proximity to other food spots was also great for those late night cravings. Overal - i definitely wont pay full price nor would i waste time for a timeshare presentation. However, i would be open to giving them another shot and just accepting i got a bad unit the first time…

Very nice place

Great place to stay with families especially with kids. Very clean and big size pool in all homes, cleaned and well maintained property all over, resort waterpark itself is fun which is free for guests, staff is awesome and very helpful for everything you need. Homes are spacious with fully equipped kitchens and washer/dryer in unit, so it's easy to cook, do laundry, and feel at home instead of a cramped hotel room. Free breakfast is a plus if you want to save time in cooking or going out. Parking right by the unit is convenient and never an issue. Volleyball sand court is in front of entrance office with basketball and soccer field next to it if you want kids to play around, plus there's a lazy river, water slides, and hot tubs at the waterpark, and an arcade/game room for evenings when kids still have energy left. Gym is also available if you want to keep up a workout routine while traveling. Property feels safe and quiet at night despite being close to everything, and check-in/checkout was smooth and hassle-free. Resort is located next to the highway so you can reach all 4 Disney parks within 10-12 minutes, drive to NASA is 1 hour, and Cocoa Beach is about halfway. If you plan a Clearwater Beach trip then it's 1 hour, so everything is centrally located. There are also grocery stores and restaurants just a few minutes away, so stocking up or grabbing a quick meal is easy. Airport drive is about 27 minutes. Overall great value for the price given the amenities you get

The rooms are clean. The amenities are excellent. The hospitality of the transports are great.

Everything was literally perfect. Just as the pictures advertised. Our kids lost it when they walked in and explored the house and found the themed rooms, the theater and the pool. Pool was amazing! We opted for heat which made the stay even better having a hot tub. White rose was very responsive to our needs and had quick response time. The resort amenities were clean, the staff was friends and helped us find parking when the pool lot was full. Lazy river was a blast for the kids. Plenty of seating by the pool. We just had a perfect week! The house had everything we needed plus more. Floaties, strollers, boogie boards, cooking needs and Tupperware. Beds were all very comfortable, and the layout of the house is very family oriented. There is a baby gate at the top of the stairs for youngsters. That was useful. Every room had tv and cable. And all 4 bathrooms were immaculate. I have no bad words. The property itself was peaceful but closer to the clubhouse so we could have definitely walked.

Unfortunately didn’t get much time to use the pool as we were out at the parks. Everything was very clean and staff extremely helpful. AC unit in room was unfortunately very loud but an older style unit. For myself there was a lack of choice at breakfast as I have coeliac disease so need gluten free options- I did get fruit but no cereal or choice of bread. Would definetly stay again and recommend to friends.
