The staff was great the food was excellent the only concern is the elevators. They didn't work most of the time and we had to take the stairs from the 12th floor this was the only negative thing about this hotel.

Our staying experience was very good (clean, beautiful view rooms, but pillows were too soft). Staff were great but the buffet food was very limited (should add more variety)

Obviously you’re paying for a lot of this, but amazing staff, incredibly responsive and accommodating. I cannot say enough about this property. But it is the people that make this property, the amenities are secondary to them. They are quick with suggestions, they are honest and they are knowledgeable. Never staying anywhere else.
