El servicio fue excelente. Es un lugar acogedor. Desde que llegas te reciben con mucha atención.
Los cuartos cómodos.
El buffet algo normal.
Los restaurantes, el Casino y la discoteca están en el Palace pero con el servicio del tren se llega muy fácil.
La piscina excelente. Y la atención de Joe, Carlos y Stalyn en el bar fue top!!!!

It was just the break I needed! The resort was well-maintained and there’s always something going on so it’s hard to be bored (unless it’s not your thing). I’m a homebody so I didn’t go out too much but it seemed fun and there’s enough options for food that you don’t feel too bored with the selection. Now, they’re not all open everyday and some are weather dependent but I feel like that’s the general rule of thumb at most resorts. I’m definitely going to go again, it’s a worthwhile splurge!

Rafael, our butler was spectacular!! he took care of us from the very beginning… Followed up and made sure to handle all our dinner reservations to our liking. He also made sure that we were very satisfied with our room in case we needed any changes or accommodations.
