I didnt need the air conditioning but the temperature was pretty good.

I highly recommend Opus hotel, very comfortable rooms and well clean, bathrooms has hit floor, the staffs are very helpful and great service.

Very beautiful, clean rooms without carpet, which for me is a massive bonus. Staff was helpful and efficient, and all amenities included were lovely and high-quality. Buyer beware if travelling with a car though, self parking can get a little bit confusing and expensive, as well as the opening/closing schedule being sometimes inconvenient.

Staff were super great, good nearby was good. However, room wasn't as cleas as we'd like. Bed was good, bit bathroom had red smear (blood maybe) on the wall, black in the grout of the shower l, and shower was squeaking indicating poor adhesive. Pool was also a let down. Cold pool (not heated) and hot tub was extremely chlorined. It wasn't clear at booking that parking was additional costs, but it does make sense given the area. Parkade does need work though! Ripping concrete damaging tires, dump area in front of your car where they dump old mattresses. We'll be trying somewhere else on our next trip.

Room on the gold floor was very warm. Couldn’t get it under 24C. Left windows open at night to try and cool it down but very loud street noise.

Everyone was so accommodating and professional! Our stay was amazing!

One of the best fairmont properties I’ve been too. Newly renovated gym is amazing.
