Staff was rude and unfriendly! Mold in the room. Refrigerator didn’t work. Stay 5 nights, housekeeping on night 3 didn’t replace the used towels. Shower won’t drain. All issues reported to staff that was ignored. Had to point out the mold to housekeeping, since the front desk staff failed to inform housekeeping to clean the mold. Hotel.com didn’t mention there is an actual parking fee per night.

Room I was assigned was occupied by someone else when I got to the room.
It was marketed as a quiet place to rest away from the noise of the main area - but it was the sea world of hotels. Also they charged by for 2 nights for a 22hr stay because I arrived early in the morning.

It was a a great room , great decor . Throughout hotel.
Only thing we didn’t like is sliding door to balcony , and door going into room didnt have any sort of seal to stop traffic noise from coming into the room.
If you are a light sleeper this may be an issue if you like to sleep in .
