The view from our balcony was fantastic. The room was clean and staff was very friendly.

We stayed in the tower with rhe construction and noticed that on Friday morning they started well before 9am (the start time on the letter left in the room). Besides that all staff members except the one i spoke to on the phone were nice. They don't provide robes or slippers. The bathroom has a bidet which was amazing. Its a 2 minute walk to the beach. A 10-15min walk to the centre of the strip (around Island Vintage Cafe). The lighting in the room is brutal and the lamp near the beds only had one plug so you had to share the plug to charge your stuff. The only other outlet is near the TV or in the bathroom.

The view from the balcony was incredible. In fact, all the views from every angle of this resort are breathtaking. The sunset view with the surfers is hard to explain. More than just a view, it's a moving moment. It is truly a visit to Paradise!

We let the property know that we're flying in to celebrate my wife's birthday. She was happy to see an assortment of treats and a hand-written greetings waiting for her. It is VERY close to the beach. I'm wondering before the Hyatt in front, they would have been a hotel with a great view.
The intake was nice, the staff is pleasant. They give you free laundry access which is a huge plus for washing sand off our clothes. They also offer free beach towels and other equipment.
Overall very pleasant stay. Would come again.
