Great place, excellent for short or long stars, the stuff is really helpful too.

A strange hotel. A beautiful lobby but the room was poorly maintained with stained grouting between tiles, dents, scratches all over. Stains on the leather chairs etc. I would rate the room level as a tired European Novotel (4 star). This was in a double deluxe. We arrived early (0930) and were offered a room for approximately £250 through to 3pm. (The room rate we paid was around £220). However we were then offered a room at 1pm without charge. Fair enough that they want to charge something, but with plenty of empty rooms it feels a bit punitive to hold a family with a pregnant lady for a few hours at a five star hotel. The bathroom is all made with glass walls (partly frosted) which is awkward as noises travel and just odd. Location is good with the Lotte mall (huge duty free section) and City Hall on the door step.

Family friendly hotel with nice amenities, especially korean style spa and sauna included. One of my best transit hotel in ICN airport.

Unbelievably wonderful, polite, respectful and professional team right from the start of our stay till the last moment. Truly appreciated the warm welcome by Sophie and reception (really kind and professional individual). Also the early check in was really helpful and we really appreciated it, around our plans on the day. The level and quality of the facilities were exquisite; particularly the swimming pool and sauna facilities. The gentleman at the restaurant on the 2nd floor by the name of Justin was so professional and friendly. Equally the gentleman at the front door by the name of David, kindly helped us with every single one of our luggage and put them inside the taxi. We really were treated like VIP. Thanks a million to each and every individual for making our stay truly exceptional; we sure will come back again in the future. I’d highly recommend this hotel to whoever is visiting Seoul.
